Service Policy Agreement

This Service Policy Agreement outlines the terms and conditions under which services are provided by Coatings Conform to the client.
 

1. Bookings & Engagement

1. Services are provided by booking upon request and are subject to availability.

2. A booking is considered confirmed once agreed in writing (email, message, or signed quote).

3. The Service Provider reserves the right to accept or decline bookings at their discretion.
    

2. Hourly Rate & Inclusions

1. The agreed hourly rate applies to services performed within the Melbourne Metropolitan Area.

2. The hourly rate includes:

   • All required equipment and tools

   • Standard travel expenses within the Melbourne Metropolitan Area

3. No additional charges will apply for equipment or metropolitan travel unless otherwise agreed in writing.
    

3. Regional & Non‑Metropolitan Work

1. Any services requiring regional or non‑metropolitan site visits are not covered under the standard hourly rate.

2. Regional work will be subject to a separate pay structure, which may include (but is not limited to):

   • Travel time

   • Accommodation

   • Mileage or transport costs

   • Daily or project‑based rates

3. All regional pricing will be quoted and agreed upon prior to commencement of work.
    

4. Payment Terms

1. Invoices will be issued upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed.

2. Payment terms are [e.g. 7 / 14 / 30] days from the invoice date.

3. Late payments may result in suspension of future services.
    

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

1. The Client must provide reasonable notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

2. Late cancellations or no‑shows may incur a cancellation fee at the Service Provider’s discretion.
    

6. Liability & Responsibilities

1. The Service Provider will perform all services with reasonable care and professionalism.

2. The Client is responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the site.

3. The Service Provider will not be liable for delays caused by factors outside their control.
    

7. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging the Service Provider, the Client acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined in this Agreement.
